Tattoo Aftercare

Hey YouTube.com of Tattoo chassity that is me. I am Dolly Bardier Fortunate Park way*. I am bandaging up a tattoo right now. I prefer you leave the bandage on 24 hours. I know that sounds like a long time but I am going to give you to use simple as I can.

This is a fresh cut. We have basically torn of that skin that is an open portal for any types of bacteria to get in there. You will leave your bandage on for 24 hours. After you take the bandage off, whenever you do, you have to wash the tattoo.

You are going to get serum, blood, some glue, maybe a little bit of access ink that came out of the pour, no big deal. Wash it off with your hand, dilute soap is the best thing you can use. It is mild, anti microbial; I felt great luck with it throughout the years. The tattoo you will notice, it will start to dry up over the next day or two.

When it gets dry, I recommend the product we sell is tattoo dew other than that I would say coco butter or a shave butter, it doesn’t have a lot of chemicals in it. Do not use * I think angi ointment. It is a little bit too wet. It has petroleum base that keeps the tattoo wet, pour open and you can loose color. The same thing with Vaseline, although I use Vaseline to tattoo with, that is okay for initial usage, it is not for aftercare. I don’t like preperationing creams.

I don’t use specific lotions that are chemically paste oriented. You do not get in a hot tub, you do not want to get into lakes, beach water, swimming pools all that irritates the tattoo. You can bathe, I want you to bathe, wash it off, get of the dirt and germs off the skin but soaking it in water is a bad idea, that is only going to create a scab.

If you do get a scab to your tattoo do not pick it, if it itches then put up some moisture on it. You can scrap the tattoo to ease the itching. A tattoo truly is not healed for three good weeks. You can start soaking in bath tubs after about a week.
