TDI 07 Power Supply

Hey what is going on. This is Shonney Bone, the professional tattooer for ten years and I have used lots and lots of equipment over those ten years from National to Icon to just about anything you can think of and I have found a power supply that I will be using for a long, long time. It is easy to travel with. It is easy sterilize. It is got a wireless foot switch you just can’t beat this. It is the TDI 07 and in two seconds you are going to be taken to look at it. So get ready.

Alright what we are looking at here is the TDI 07 wireless foot switch power supply made by Richie of The Dungeon. I am going to be showing you the benefits of it and why you absolutely have to have one. Looking right here at the unit you can see that it is nice and small, easily sterilized with one strip barrier tape right across the top, comes with extra batteries for your wireless foot switch, also comes with your power supply and power conditioner and you can buy the accessories to tattoo outside the United States, not a problem, they have got converters for you. I am going to get all this set up and we are going to show you exactly what this does is.

These are very cool things which Richie sells. This is a little piece of heat shrink that comes with a clip, that makes it a lot easier to put your clip cord into your clip cord sleeve. It holds it together like that, you just slide it in, push it down to the bottom, unclothe it and you are good to go. One of the greatest parts about this particular power supply is that it has all features of the other ones whose name we won’t mention.

You can check your duty cycle, your frequency, your voltage, we will do all that but the best part is normally one of these clangs would be for your foot switch. In this case we have two clip cords, one of them in RCA and one of them on a regular clip cord. Just to show you that they both work exactly the same, we are going to take our liner here, check that out, if you notice on here, we can go to our frequency with 50% duty, hundred and fourteen frequency and that is our battery display there, those are when our wireless foot switch is running low batteries which is very easy to change and we will go over that soon.

For now, we are going to switch over to a shader, with one push of a button, my pre-sets are ready to go and I am safe. Again, you can go through, check your duty cycle, your frequency, all that good stuff but the best part is, it is so easy to sterilize. All you have to do is put one piece of barrier tape, you can even put the entire unit in a sandwich bag if you want it to, it is small, light weight, easy to travel with, if you do a lot of conventions this is the machine to take with.

You can pack it up just about anywhere. It fits in a tiny box, it is got a nice wireless switch which speaking of the wireless switch, say for instance, the guy next to me wants to run a TDI 07. Not a problem, because each foot switch is pre- programmed to its unit. So we could have one here, one here, one here, we can even have one over there and it wouldn’t matter because they are all programmed to their own power supplies. So if you going to push that foot switch mine is not going off, if she pushes hers mine is not going off as well. We will get more into that later.
