Refund and Return Policy:
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment/delivery. If you notice any damage when you receive your package, please notify us right away; send pictures of the broken items and we will arrange for a prompt replacement. The www.tattoosupplies.com will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the product that was originally ordered.
If you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you.
Order cancellation requests must be made within 5 hours of purchase. Once your item has been shipped, we cannot take cancellation requests. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
